Spring Co-ed Flag Football
📅 Apr 11 – May 16, 2026Perfect for beginners. This division is designed for little athletes to learn the basics, build confidence, and have tons of fun.
- ✅ 3–6 is Co-ed only
- ✅ Sometimes 7 by parent request (based on skill level)
- ✅ Warm-ups + practice ➜ game (same visit)

📅 What days and times are practices or games?
Each session includes a 45-minute practice followed immediately by a 45-minute game — all on the same day for maximum convenience.
👯 Can friends or siblings be placed on the same team?
Absolutely! Just let us know during registration and we’ll make sure they’re on the same team.
🌱 What if my child has never played sports before?
All skill levels are welcome! We’re a developmental league focused on teaching fundamentals, building confidence, and helping every child improve while having fun.
🎽 What’s included in the registration fee?
Your fee includes a team jersey, a medal at the end of the season, and a team photo to remember the fun.
🌧️ Do you offer refunds or makeup days if it rains?
If a session is canceled due to weather, we’ll make it up the following week. We aim to ensure your child gets a full season of play.
