🎯 Role Overview
The Site Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth and organized game day operations at assigned BestPlay Sports locations. This role serves as the on-site point of contact for coaches, referees, parents, and players.
You’ll help create a positive, fun, and well-managed environment where games run on time and families have a great experience.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Oversee game day operations at the assigned field/location
Ensure games start and run on schedule
Assist with player check-ins and general coordination
Support coaches and referees as needed
Answer questions from parents and participants
Help manage equipment setup and breakdown
Communicate any issues or updates to the BestPlay team
Maintain a safe and organized environment for all participants
