Youth Sports Referee
Job Summary
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – PAID TRAINING PROVIDED
As a Part-Time Youth Sports Referee, you will help create a safe, fair, and enjoyable game-day experience for players and families. You’ll officiate games, encourage good sportsmanship, and support a positive environment. We will teach you the rules and guide you every step of the way. This is a great opportunity for high school students, college students, or anyone looking for flexible part-time work.
BestPlay Sports offers placement in beginner-friendly to elite-level programs, so whether you’re just starting out or have experience, you’ll find a role that fits your schedule and helps you grow
Experience playing sports or working with kids is a bonus, but not required.
Work Schedule: CHOOSE YOUR HOURS! Multiple games happening every Saturday!
Every Saturday | 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Qualifications
No experience required — Paid training provided
Positive, energetic, and reliable
Enjoy working with kids ages 3–7, 8–11, 11-14, or all
Encourage teamwork, confidence, and positive behavior
Interest in sports or soccer is a plus (not required)
