Cancellation & Refund Policy

🗓️ 1. Cancellation Timeline

Review the timeline below to understand your eligibility for credits based on when you request a cancellation:

💳 2. What Is a BestPlay Credit?

A BestPlay credit is a registration credit issued by BestPlay Sports that can be applied toward a future program registration. Credits may be used for:

• Summer Camp
• Soccer leagues
• Flag Football leagues
• After-School Programs
• Future BestPlay Sports events

* Credits are tracked internally by BestPlay Sports and may be applied to a future registration within 12 months of the original registration date.

📝 3. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please email info@bestplay-sports.com with the following information:

• Parent name
• Child’s name
• Program registered for
• Program start date
• Reason for cancellation

⚠️ Cancellation requests must be submitted before the 14-day deadline to qualify for a BestPlay credit.

⛅ 4. Weather & Program Changes

If BestPlay Sports cancels a session due to weather, facility closure, or other circumstances beyond our control, families may receive:

• A make-up session
• A prorated credit
• Another alternative determined by BestPlay Sports

We will communicate any schedule changes as early as possible.

🚫 5. Missed Days & Partial Attendance

We are unable to provide refunds or credits for:

• Vacations
• Illness after the program has started
• Schedule conflicts
• Missed practices or games
• Early withdrawal after the season or camp has begun
• Partial attendance during a registered week or season

Because staffing, facility reservations, and team planning are based on enrollment, registration fees remain non-refundable once the program has started.
